1 General Terms and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement governing use of the bj casino platform and all its services. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person who has registered or is registering at bj. "Platform" refers to bj's website, mobile application, and all associated services.

2 Account Registration and Verification

To open an account at bj, each user must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. The name, address, date of birth, mobile number, and email address provided at registration must be genuine and valid. Registering with false information may result in the account being closed at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, it will be treated as fraud and all accounts may be closed with all balances forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bj may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time for security purposes. These may include a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or bank statement. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, withdrawals may be suspended.

2.4 Account Security

Users are required to keep their login details confidential. Usernames and passwords must not be shared with anyone. If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, bj's support team must be notified immediately. bj is not responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access.

3 Age, Eligibility and Jurisdiction

The minimum age to use bj's services is 21. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older and are participating voluntarily. If a user provides false information about their age, their account will be closed immediately.

It is the user's own responsibility to verify whether using online casino and betting services is permitted under the laws of their local jurisdiction. bj does not guarantee legal compliance in any specific jurisdiction. Accessing the platform from a restricted region will be considered a violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at bj is ৳500 (five hundred taka) per method. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Once a deposit is successfully completed, it will be added to the account balance.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. It is recommended to use the same payment method used for the deposit when withdrawing. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

4.3 Payment Verification

bj reserves the right to carry out security checks on any payment transaction. If a transaction appears unusual or fraud is suspected, the payment may be held pending investigation. Transactions through third-party accounts or payment methods are not permitted — only the registered user's own payment account is accepted.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on bj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Where a transaction involves a foreign currency, the applicable conversion rate will apply.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bj offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawing.

5.2 Other Promotions

bj's other promotions — weekly reload, slots festival bonus, cricket deposit reward, birthday special gift, and refer-a-friend bonus — each have their own terms. The wagering requirements, minimum deposit, and validity period differ for each bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are not free cash — they cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• There may be a maximum stake limit on certain games when using bonus funds.
• If there is evidence that bonuses are being used for fraudulent purposes, the account may be closed.
• bj reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time.

6 Sports Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed at bj are final and cannot be changed once confirmed. It is the user's responsibility to carefully read the odds, terms, and event details before placing a bet. If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, bj reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Event Cancellation and Rescheduling

If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded. If an event is rescheduled, the bet may remain active or be voided according to the applicable terms. For cricket matches (T20, ODI, Test) left incomplete due to rain or other reasons, the outcome will be determined in accordance with bj's rules.

6.3 Live Betting

Odds in live or in-play betting change rapidly. Odds are not confirmed until a bet has been successfully accepted. Bets may be rejected due to network delays.

6.4 Maximum Stake Limits

Maximum stake limits apply to each market or event. These limits may vary depending on the type of market, the importance of the event, and the user's VIP level. bj reserves the right to adjust stake limits for any specific account.

7 Casino Games and General Rules

7.1 Game Operation

bj's casino games are powered by software from reputable game providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, and Evolution. The RNG (Random Number Generator) of each game is independently tested and fairness is ensured.

7.2 Game Results

All game results are final. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error and the result cannot be determined, the stake for that round will be returned. bj is not responsible for issues arising from the user's internet connection being lost.

7.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are played in real time with live dealers. If a bet is not placed within the specified time, the user will not be able to participate in that round. Decisions made in live games cannot be challenged.

8 Prohibited Activities and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited at bj and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets in a deliberate pattern intended to exploit the bonus system.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games.
• Attempting to influence game results by colluding with other users.

If fraud is proven, all related balances, bonuses, and winnings will be forfeited, and law enforcement authorities may be notified if necessary.

9 Limitation of Liability

bj always aims to provide reliable service, but does not accept liability in the following situations:

• If a game is interrupted due to a problem with the user's internet connection or device.
• If loss occurs due to delays or errors by third-party payment services.
• If login details are exposed due to the user's own carelessness.
• If service is interrupted due to political, natural, or legal reasons.

Gaming and betting through bj is entirely voluntary. Users are responsible for their own decisions and their consequences. Complying with the Responsible Gaming Policy is the ethical responsibility of every member.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 bj's Rights

bj may immediately suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• If the user does not cooperate with KYC or other verification processes.
• Due to legal obligations.

10.2 User Rights

Users may also request account closure at any time. Self-exclusion and the option to take a break are also available. Valid balances may be withdrawn before account closure, but bonus balances will be forfeited.
